Every item is custom-printed and crafted specifically for you upon ordering. We stand firmly behind the quality of our products; if your order arrives damaged, features a printing defect, or contains the wrong item, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy:
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact our support team at info@znamen.com within 30 days of delivery. Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number so we can expedite your replacement.
  • Sizing & Buyer's Remorse: Because each garment is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer size exchanges if you accidentally order the wrong fit. Please consult our detailed Sizing Chart tab before finalizing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Lost Packages: For shipments lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
